14-day returns

If a piece isn't a perfect fit, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to return

• Email support@liveoutside.shop with your order number
• We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions
• Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt

2-year warranty

Every LiveOutside piece is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund immediately. No paperwork, no debate.
